While your camera is armed and a human is identified, push notification alerts will be sent to you and our operators. Our cameras can even respond to the sound of a glass shattering. Should a window be broken into, our cameras will instantly send a notification to you and the operators where they can review the footage and alert the police.

The trained operator will review the event clip when they receive the alert and will contact the homeowner, emergency contacts, and the police immediately when the urgent condition is confirmed.

Tapping on "Arm camera" activates the monitoring service when you leave the house.

Please make sure that there's no other family member in home while activating this service, otherwise, the trained agent will receive the intrusion alert then contact you and the emergency service.

You will see the pop-up below when the monitoring service is on and the shield below will turn green to confirm this camera is in armed mode.

1. Fairy, iSensor FHD, iSensor Patio, or Petite camera models are not eligible to participate in the 24/7 Professional Monitoring Service. While we aim for the fire warning function to be highly reliable, Amaryllo cannot guarantee that emergency responders will be dispatched to your Monitored Property in the event of an emergency. There may be delay or failure to dispatch emergency responders due to availability, local regulations not permitting dispatch of emergency responders to alarm signals which have not been verified by a person physically at the property or other reasons beyond Amaryllo's control.
