Setting up your camera and adding a new Wi-Fi network via QR code is a fast and simple procedure when done correctly. Still, it can be confusing to attempt some of the steps for the first time, so we’ve created this helpful guide on using the QR code setup method most effectively for you!

Once you have prepared your Amaryllo camera for scanning the QR code and have the code on your phone, turn your phone brightness to its maximum setting. This helps the camera pick up the QR code.

Next, hold your phone three to four inches away from the Amaryllo camera, with your phone screen facing the camera lens. If the scanning is successful, the camera will beep to let you know it has read and registered the QR code. If your Amaryllo camera still can’t read the code, try moving the screen farther/closer, left/right, and up/down at intervals.
