Knowing where to find your camera’s AMID can be useful if you need to contact our support department during setup. This blog post will show you where the AMIDs are located on all of our cameras.

Apollo

The AMID can be found on the base of the camera

Ares

The AMID is located on the underside of the camera module.

AR4

You can find the AMID on the top of the camera.

Fairy

The AMID is located on the bottom of the camera.

Hermes

The AMID can be found on the base of the camera.

Triton

The AMID is located on the underside of the camera module.

Zeus

The AMID is positioned at the center of the camera's body.
