1. Camera overview
2. Get the APP
Please search and download the free Amaryllo APP to get started.
3. Power on the device
- Connect the USB cable to a power outlet.
- The blue LED light will illuminate when the device is powered on.
- Wait for it to start flashing before beginning installation.
- After power-on, it will take 25 seconds to start calibration cycle.
4. Setup camera in the APP
1. Please make sure that your smart phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi SSID network.
2. Select Hermes in the APP then follow the instructions shown.
★ Please refer to the Tips & How-Tos page (amaryllo.us/tips-and-how-tos) for more info on how to share the viewer or administrator access to other smart phone device.
5. Use QR code to setup device
- Switch on your phone's Wi-Fi. Connect your phone to the same router as the camera.
- Enter the password of your Wi-Fi router.
- Your device will automatically generate a QR code.
- Place the camera 4” ~ 11.8” (10~30 cm) in front of the QR code or 7.8” ~11.8” (20~30 cm) if using a tablet.
- Please wait for a beep to confirm reception. After you hear a beep, you can put the phone down.
★ Make sure your camera and the phone/tablet are parallel to each other.
6. APP setup complete
Note: The camera is designed for easy DIY installation but if you need local assistance, please visit www.amaryllo.us to locate a professional installer near you.
★ Please be sure your device is running on the latest firmware.

8. LED indicator
Blue LED
Stable: Camera is powered on.
Flashing: 1.Camera is in installation mode.
2.After installation success, blue LED light flashes when it is being viewed
by user.
Green LED
Stable: Camera is connected to Wi-Fi.
Flashing: Camera is attempting to connect to a Wi-Fi AP router.
9. Factory reset
- First, make sure the device is powered on and the calibration is completed.
- There is a small RESET hole. Press and hold for about 3 - 5 seconds until you hear a beep. All settings previously stored in the device will be erased, and it will be restored to the factory default.
- After 25 seconds, the device will start a calibration mode by rotating itself. (for remote models)
10. Mount your camera
- Make sure that an electric outlet is within 2 meters. Choose a location that will offer you the best viewing angle.
- Use a pencil to mark the hole locations. Make sure the holes are slightly smaller than anchors.
- Insert anchors into wall and secure holder to wall with screws.
- Insert USB power plug through holder opening from the rear.
- Plug the device into USB adapter and adjust until proper angle is achieved.
★ Tighten the holder screw if you adjust the holder angle.11. Warranty
