Apollo Quick Setup Guide
Apollo
1. Camera overview
2. Power on the device
Connect the Micro USB into the camera and plug the power adapter into the power outlet. Camera is ready for APP setup when the Power LED Indicator (Blue) begins to flash.
3. Get the APP
Please search and download the free Amaryllo APP to get started.
4. Setup camera in the APP
Select Apollo in the APP then follow the instruction.
★ Please refer to the Tips & How-Tos page for more info on how to share the viewer or administrator rights to other smart phone devices.
5. Connect camera to the internet
- Please make sure that your smartphone is connected to the same Wi-Fi SSID network.
- Select Auto-Detection (Recommended 2.4GHz (802.11 b/g/n))
6. Select AMID to complete setup
Tap on the AMID to complete auto setup.
NOTE: AMID can be found at the bottom of the device. Make sure the AMID is the same on in APP setup.
7. APP setup complete
Congratulations! Your Apollo is set up and ready to go. Wi-Fi indicator (Green LED) will remain solid color when the internet connection is successful.
Note: To enjoy the 10-Second Video Alert and Continuous Video Recording (available under Amaryllo Protect Plans), you must insert an SD card.

8. Mount your camera
- Please use the provided bracket for wall or ceiling camera installation.
- There are 4 snap locks located at the bottom of the device. Once locked in place, Once locked in place, please secure with the screw.
- Loosen the screw to adjust the angle. Be sure to tighten the screw to secure the camera position.
9. Use QR code to set up device
- Make sure your camera and smartphone are parallel to each other.
- Make sure your phone is connected to the same Wi-Fi router as your camera.
- QR code will be generated when you enter the Wi-Fi password.
- Show the QR code to the camera. You will hear a beep sound when QR code is read.
10. LED indicator
Power indicator (Blue LED)
Solid Blue LED: Device is powered on.
Flashing Blue LED: Camera is being accessed remotely or waiting for installation.
Wi-Fi indicator (Green LED)
Solid Green LED: The device is connected to the Wi-Fi.
Flashing Green LED: Camera is attempting to connect to a Wi-Fi AP router.
11. Factory reset
- Make sure your camera is powered on.
- Initial power on camera rotation is complete.
- Poke the factory reset hole with a pin and gently press down on the button (3-5 seconds) until you hear a beep.
- Reset will take up to 25 seconds. The Blue LED indicator begins to flash when reset is complete.
12. Safety guideline
We designed Apollo to be durable and easy to use. Here are some safety guidelines for you to follow while using Amaryllo cameras.
1. Avoid placing the camera under direct sunlight.
2. Use only the provided power adapter and cable for your camera (5V2A)
3. Use Apollo within its operating temperature 32° to 95 °F (0° to 35°C)
